Анотація


The article deals with the social and cultural environment of a museum. The point at issue is about the importance of the reputation and arrangements with financial institutions and investors for public image of a museum. The author proposes a model of the external socio-cultural environment of a museum, ensuring the effectiveness of its functioning. Author speaks about the most important partners for a museum the importance of maintaining links with them, about the main methods of constructive interaction in the context of established relationships. It also highlighted four different components of museum functioning such as study the museum situation (for example, study of prospective partner or sphere, determination of the goal), making the sequence of capturing of external agents, organization of the line of communication and results analysis.
