TO THE PROBLEM OF DIFFERENTIATION OF TERMS <i>AUTORITY</i> AND <i>INFLUENCE</I>

The article is dedicated to the problem of differentiation of terms «воздействие» («vozdeystvije» – impact, authority) and «влияние» («vlijanije» – influence). Definitions from contemporary scientific and lexicographic sources are analyzed. There is a tendency to non-differentiation of these terms and to «elimination» of value of the word «воздействие». The differentiation of these terms is necessary not only for scientific theoretical conception, but also for finding out more suitable translation to other languages. Definition of terms «воздействие» and «влияние» (based on accounting of the etymology aspect) are offered.Downloads
