Abstract

У статті проаналізовані феномен пророцтва в позабіблійному світі (Вавилон, Єгипет) та його інтерпретація в біблійних текстах. На основі зіставлення текстів пророцтв Давнього Єгипту, Месопотамії та Ізраїлю встановлені їхні зв’язки та типологія. Здійснено спробу розкрити особливості особистості пророка як зберігача самосвідомості народу.
